We have shipped roughly 90% of your backpacks last week. If you have not received the tracking number email yet, don’t worry. They will be sent to you before Tuesday except the backers who have confirmed the address lately. If anything is wrong with your order you can email us and we will get you taken care of.

Hi, my friends. We are going to make the delivery in 15th July. The last day to make final updates to your order is <09.July.2018>. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.
If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed. BTW, there are only 10 black color backpacks for your option during this batch. The other black backpacks will be available in two months later. First come, first served, you know. We have to say, the performance is much exceed expectation.

If you happen to move or need to change your address between now and when the product ships, you will be able to log back into Backerkit and change your address.

It has been 20 days since our Kickstarter Campaign ended, and all my team members have been crazy busy in the factory. We are happy to say that manufacturing is going smooth and everything is still on track for an on time delivery in July 2018!
I know you are anxious about the update news of the backpack. Since it is our first campaign on Kickstarter, our management system had a slight issue in the past days. We will send the survey within this week in order to make the right delivery to you.
For those of you who are new to Kickstarter, these surveys are a means for us to gather more information from you like your shipping address, and to give you the opportunity to switch your order if you wish to do so. Here are two tips when filling out the survey to ensure your order gets processed smoothly:
• Most PO Boxes will not accept packages the size of our backpack, so please use a non-PO box address if possible.
• Addresses written in a foreign language are usually difficult for our shipping partner to process. If you have the ability to write your address in english please do so.
We cannot ship your order until you fill out the survey, so please get the survey filled out quickly to ensure that your order is shipped out efficiently in July.
